Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Merchandiser Lead to cover multiple routes in the Greater Ft Worth area, including Bridgeport, Saginaw, Decatur, Bowie, Azle, and surrounding areas. The role involves merchandising, coordinating with Sales, and maintaining high customer service on Keurig Dr Pepper brands.

The position is full-time with early start times, weekend requirements, and potential overtime. Competitive compensation includes comprehensive benefits and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience including resolving issues and communicating with store managers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores.
• Coordinate delivery and merchandising schedule with Sales Representatives/Managers.
• Build relationships with store personnel to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representatives.
• Provide feedback on competitor activities and best practices.
• Cover routes and provide sales/merchandising services as assigned.
• Available to work weekends and holidays and overtime as needed.
• Follow the four-week training schedule for merchandising team with new hires.
• Train merchandisers on best practices and help them grow.

Job Overview

Merchandiser Lead for Greater Ft Worth, Bridgeport, Saginaw, Decatur, Bowie, Azle, and surrounding areas

Hiring Immediately

The Merchandiser Lead is a veteran that is responsible for covering multiple routes while sustaining exceptional customer service for Keurig Dr Pepper brands to retail stores within an assigned territory.

Shift and Schedule

• Full-time
• 5:00 am until work is finished
• 5 scheduled shifts per week
• Weekends required (days off fall during the week)
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Position Responsibilities

1. Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores.
2. Partner with Sales Representatives/Managers to coordinate delivery and merchandising schedule.
3. Build effective relationships with store personnel to assure superior customer satisfaction.
4. Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representative to pursue.
5. Provide feedback on competitor activities and best practices.
6. Cover routes and provide sales and/or merchandising services as assigned.
7. Available to work weekends and holidays.
8. Follow the 4 week training schedule established for merchandising team with new hires
9. Handle majority of swing merchandising needs
10. Train all merchandisers on best practices and help them grow
11. Brief the frontline employees on scheduling and meetings
12. Responsible for an area equal to 3 normal Merchandising routes

Total Rewards

• Pay starting at $20.54 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $21.61 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in customer service, involving tasks such as resolving customer issues, maintaining effective communication with store managers, and responding to customer requests.
• Ability to lift-up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
