Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser to present products and maintain shelves at customer retail locations. You will service Convenience Retail, Drug and Value accounts, following planograms and coordinating with store management.

The role involves physical merchandising and accurate display of products. Ideal candidates have strong communication, prior retail customer service experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
• Effective communication and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Fill, merchandise, and rotate products in shelves, coolers and displays.
• Organize and maintain back room cooler by stacking products and organizing by package/flavor.
• Foster relationships with store personnel through follow-ups on requests and special programs.
• Support pricing discussions and participate in opportunities and activities with stores.
