Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy varied customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repeatedly).
• Able to work reliably and independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures.
• Moves products from backroom to display and sets up POS materials.
• Maintains organized back room and returns damaged/outdated stock to the branch.
• Builds positive relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests and events.
