American Greetings is seeking Merchandisers to service multiple Big Spring, TX locations, maintaining greeting card departments and inventory on a flexible schedule. Training is provided and the role supports holiday-driven hours with potential increases in weekly time.

The position offers paid training and a 401(k) with company match, with pay starting at $12.20 per hour and raises to $12.90 after 6 months and $13.50 after 1 year of continued employment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple retail locations.
• Access to reliable internet to receive critical job information and updates.
• Ability to learn and use a company-provided tablet for training and daily tasks.
• Must meet scheduling needs including weekends and major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products in greeting card departments and other locations.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and perform inventory tasks.
• Communicate questions or scheduling concerns to management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with effective time management and organization.
• Build relationships with store staff and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Assist with store resets including fixture work or product relocation as requested.
• Review and plan weekly service schedule using a company tablet.
• Work independently and with a team.
