Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is hiring a Merchandiser to service multiple bulk accounts and merchandize approved Coca‑Cola products at customer retail locations, following planograms and quality guidelines. The route includes Concord, Salisbury NC, and surrounding areas with mileage reimbursement provided between stores.

Responsibilities include displaying products, rotating stock, and coordinating with store personnel, while maintaining safety and efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Must be reliable with weekend availability.
• Proficient in communicating promotions to store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on display and shelf per plan.
• Move products from backroom to display area.
• Create and place point-of-sale materials where permitted.
• Rotate stock and maintain backroom organization.
• Foster relationships with store staff and respond to requests.
