Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated seeks a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations, servicing Boone NC and surrounding areas. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between stores, with shifts available in morning, afternoon, and evening.

Responsibilities include stocking, rotating, and displaying products per planograms, creating POS materials, and maintaining back room organization. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in writing and speaking.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and programs.
• Moves product from backroom to display areas for customers.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials and rotates merchandise as needed.
• Organizes back room by stacking product and maintaining order of pallets.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up and proactive pricing.
