Job summary

Continental is seeking a Route Merchandiser to service vending machines and markets, deliver OCS orders, and maintain equipment cleanliness. You will use a company vehicle and tablet to manage inventory, rotate products, and record transactions accurately.

Role emphasizes strong customer service, accurate cash handling, and adherence to safety and DOT requirements. Monday–Friday shifts and a competitive compensation package are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; must meet DOT requirements and pass background check.
• Prior experience in delivery, route driving, merchandising, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to read, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels across product categories and perform full inventory counts.
• Count and order inventory following protocols and restock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Move merchandise using a company vehicle and ensure proper handling of perishable items during transit.
• Deliver merchandise on routes, optimize route efficiency to reduce drive time and increase productivity.
• Handle cash from kiosks and vending machines following loss-prevention protocols.
