Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Wilson, NC is hiring a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations. You will service multiple accounts, follow planograms, rotate stock, and set up displays while communicating with store personnel and cross-functional teams.

Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between stores, and the route runs Monday through Friday starting at 5:30am. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and people skills, and

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication, listening, and writing skills.
• Customer service experience preferred in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customers.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fill, merchandises and rotates products per procedures.
• Stock coolers and displays, set up point-of-sale materials.
• Maintain backroom organization and assist with product flow.
• Build relationships with store personnel through follow-ups and programs.
