Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills and work with diverse customers.
• Willingness to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision.
• Critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products according to procedures and programs.
• Fills and merchandises coolers within outlet and displays on sales floor.
• Organizes and maintains back room cooler and handles returns of damaged/outdated product.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests and programs.
