Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Delivery Driver-Retail Route Merchandiser to stock vending and micro-market locations, maintain product freshness, and provide friendly customer service on a defined route in Lookout Valley, TN. • High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the route.
• Must be 21 to meet DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products according to store layouts and promotions. Roll-out promotions and report feedback.
• Maintain inventory levels, restock shelves, coolers, and coffee; monitor shelf life to minimize spoilage.
• Load/unload products safely, drive the company vehicle, and ensure timely deliveries to point of sale.
• Collect and record transactions from kiosks; follow cash-handling and loss-prevention protocols.
• Inspect food quality and appearance; greet customers professionally and upsell when appropriate.
• Complete full inventory counts and report discrepancies; coordinate with warehouse for deliveries.
