Job summary

Bernick’s is seeking a part-time Merchandiser in Saint Cloud, MN. You will manage restocking, rotating, and facing products across assigned accounts, arranging displays, and keeping back room stock neat and organized.

Responsibilities include transporting products to shelves, rotating stock, and placing promotional materials. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift 50–100 pounds are required. Travel may be required; MVR will be checked.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets Bernick’s standards.
• Reliable, insured transportation; mileage reimbursement at 64 cents per mile.
• Ability to operate under minimal supervision.
• Regularly lift and move product weighing 50-100 pounds.
• Repetitively bend, lift, twist while moving product.
• Effectively communicate with store associates.
• Travel may be required to support Bernick’s locations, events, or business needs.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location using equipment provided
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition
