Job summary

Bernick's is seeking a full-time merchandiser to cover an individualized route across various accounts in Minnesota, including Brainerd. You will restock, rotate, face, and remove outdated products, while neatly organizing shelves, coolers, and displays in convenience and grocery stores.

The role requires lifting up to 100 pounds, operating with minimal supervision, and occasional travel to support different Bernick's locations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and driving record meeting Bernick’s standards.
• Ability to regularly lift 50–100 pounds.
• Effective communication with store associates.
• Regularly travel to support multiple Bernick’s locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location using equipment provided
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition
