Job summary

Bernick’s is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to manage in-store presentations at various locations, including Brainerd, MN. You will restock, rotate, face, and remove outdated products while building attractive displays in convenience stores, grocery stores and other large accounts.

You must hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation for travel between sites. Expect lifting 50–100 pounds and collaborating with store teams, with travel as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards.
• Reliable, insured transportation for travel between locations.
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision.
• Regularly lift and move product weighing 50–100 pounds.
• Strong communication with store associates and teams.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise shelves, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in backrooms and on shelves.
• Transport products from backroom to shelf using provided equipment.
• Display promotional materials such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock neat and orderly.
