Job summary

Bernick’s is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to cover various accounts in Sauk Centre and surrounding MN locations. You will stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays to maximize presentation.

You will travel between stores, lift up to 100 pounds, and maintain neat backrooms while collaborating with store staff. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

This role offers full-time hours, competitive hourly pay, and benefits including PTO and insurance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move 50–100 pounds.
• Good communication with store staff and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise shelves, coolers, and displays in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in backrooms and on shelves.
• Transport products between backroom and shelf using provided equipment.
• Display promotional materials in accounts.
• Keep back room stock organized and neat.
