Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a Route Manager in Commerce City, CO to lead route drivers and customer service reps, drive service excellence, and support district growth. You will train staff, conduct audits, manage coverage during absences, and recruit onboarding efforts while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Clean driving record (CDL not required).

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a professional, growth-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Route Manager. In this key leadership role, you’ll help drive service excellence, develop frontline talent, and support business growth across your assigned district.

What You'll Do

As a Route Manager, you'll play a vital part in our service delivery and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

Leading, training, and mentoring route drivers and customer service representatives
