Job summary

AAA Facility Services is seeking a dependable Route Maintenance Technician to support commercial sites in Tracy and surrounding areas. The role involves performing routine maintenance and repairs, responding to service calls, and coordinating with multiple trades.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in facility maintenance with plumbing, electrical, painting and light carpentry experience; OSHA 10 certification is preferred. Full-time schedule, with company vehicle and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a service technician in facility maintenance.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, painting and light carpentry.
• OSHA 10 Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs across commercial sites.
• Respond to service calls, emergencies, and work orders.
• Work across multiple trades including carpentry, electrical, HVAC (minor), flooring, drywall, painting, framing, doors and more.
• Complete multi-day projects with attention to detail and minimal supervision.
• Conduct jobsite walks and inspections to ensure safety and note it accordingly.
