Job summary

AAA Facility Services is seeking a Route Maintenance Technician for San Jose and surrounding areas to perform routine building maintenance across commercial sites. The role requires hands-on skills across trades and the ability to handle service calls and work orders with minimal supervision.

You will work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, earning $26.00–$28.00 per hour DOE. A valid OSHA 10 certificate is preferred and benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a service technician in facility maintenance

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance and repairs across commercial sites
• Respond to service calls and work orders
• Work across multiple trades including carpentry, electrical, HVAC (minor), flooring, drywall, painting, framing, doors and more
• Complete multi-day projects with attention to detail and minimal supervision
• Conduct jobsite walks and inspections to ensure safety
