Job summary

AAA Facility Services is hiring a Route Maintenance Technician to service Riverside & surrounding areas. The role is full-time, Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week, with a hourly pay range of $26.00–$28.00, DOE. Must have 2+ years in facility maintenance with plumbing, electrical, painting and light carpentry experience.

• Work across multiple trades including carpentry, electrical, HVAC (minor), flooring, drywall, painting, framing, doors and more.
• Complete multi-day projects with attention to detail and minimal supervision.
• Conduct jobsite walks and inspections to ensure safety and note it accordingly.
