Brink's Inc. in Baltimore seeks a Manager - Route Logistics I to supervise drivers, messengers and guards across multiple routes and facilities. You will lead the team, coordinate operations, and ensure secure, efficient execution of armored-transport tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years operations experience in transportation and/or logistics.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• Class B CDL with air brakes.
• Meet all applicable Department of Transportation requirements.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess or obtain a firearms permit if required.
• Possess or obtain a guard card if required.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Provide first line supervision to Route Logistics team members at one of the market locations.
• Ensure route logistics efficiency through interaction with market staff and route analysis.
• Maintain safe and secure environment; ensure team returns home safely.
• Leverage systems and process redesign to drive continuous improvement in cost, quality and efficiency.
• Maintain and provide quality customer service.
• Secure inventories by enforcing controls and security procedures; reduce risk and injuries.
• Schedule and develop staff; maintain positive employee relations and teamwork.
• Uphold integrity and high ethical standards to protect Brink’s reputation.
