Job summary

Olympic Eagle Distributing is seeking a Routing & Inventory Coordinator to support daily delivery operations and inventory management. You will coordinate efficient routes, maintain accurate routing data, and collaborate with transportation, warehouse, sales, and supplier teams.

The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills in a fast-paced distribution environment. Full-time schedule is Monday–Friday with standard daytime hours and some flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organization and time management with multitasking ability.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data.
• Effective communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Proficiency with inventory/logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize daily delivery routes for efficiency and service.
• Maintain routing data: schedules, service windows, assignments, and accounts.
• Monitor routing activity and adjust as needed; collaborate to resolve issues.
• Assist with long-term route planning and territory adjustments.
• Analyze route performance to improve efficiency and resource use.
• Use routing software to support operations and planning.
• Establish routing processes, standards and best practices.
• Support daily inventory control and keep accurate records.
• Monitor inventory levels and investigate discrepancies.
• Process receipts, adjustments, returns, and claims.
• Generate and analyze inventory metrics and reports.
• Assist with physical counts and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve shortages.
