Job summary

ROOBUG ENTERPRISES LLC in Cerritos, CA is seeking a motivated Fryer Cleaner Technician to join our team. This hands-on role provides fryer cleaning and oil management services to local restaurants on a regular route, offering independence and the chance to build lasting client relationships.

You will perform deep cleaning of commercial fryers, manage Filta system oil filtration, and maintain accurate service logs while meeting health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial kitchen maintenance, janitorial, or food service equipment servicing preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and working in hot environments.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a route independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work early morning hours to accommodate restaurant schedules

Responsibilities

• Perform deep cleaning and maintenance of commercial deep fryers at client locations
• Manage cooking oil filtration, collection, and disposal using Filta system equipment
• Conduct routine fryer inspections and identify any maintenance or safety concerns
• Maintain accurate service records and client logs for each visit
• Build and maintain positive relationships with restaurant and food service clients
• Manage a regular service route efficiently and on schedule
• Ensure all work meets health, safety, and sanitation standards
