Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work early mornings and manage an independent daily route.
• Comfortable working in hot, commercial kitchen environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to operate and maintain filtration equipment.
• Reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented work ethic.
• Prior experience in foodservice, kitchen operations, or route service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site fryer oil filtration and fryer management services at commercial kitchen accounts
• Micro-filter cooking oil in deep fryers to extend oil life and improve food quality
• Conduct fryer cleaning, maintenance, and safety inspections at each visit
• Manage and maintain a mobile filtration van stocked with equipment and supplies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant and foodservice clients
• Document service visits, oil usage, and account activity accurately
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols
