First Choice Coffee Services in Sterling, VA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead route drivers, service technicians, and warehouse staff. You will ensure on-time route starts, optimize routes, and supervise end-of-day processes while maintaining safety and equipment standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license, with management experience considered a plus. Join a team-focused company committed to reliable, quality office coffee service.

• Route experience not necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all Route Drivers are loaded and ready to start routes on time each morning.
• Work with Branch Manager to maximize route efficiency.
• Ensure all Service Technicians are loaded and ready to start service calls on time each morning.
• Oversee daily pulling of products and guarantee warehouse pulls are made so routes are ready for the next workday.
• Oversee proper completion of all end of day paperwork by Route Drivers and Service Technicians.
• Set clear daily equipment repair objectives for refurbishing.
• Keep overtime work by operations employees to a minimum.
• Instruct drivers, technicians, and warehouse employees in safe operation of equipment and vehicles, and use of proper loading and lifting techniques, so as to avoid injuries.
• M ake sure warehouse is kept clean and tidy.
• Ensure all trucks are kept clean (inside and out), organized, and routinely maintained.
• Provide route relief and/or service work during vacations, extended leaves, or other absences.
• Regularly interact with Customer Service in overseeing daily field work and with Sales Department to coordinate installs and equipment needed.
• Keep Branch Manager informed of parts and equipment needs.
• Address any problems between employees and promptly elevate significant employee or customer issues to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
