Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a Route Driver for vending on a full-time basis at our Tallahassee location. The driver will operate a company vehicle on an established route, stocking vending machines and maintaining equipment while delivering service with a professional image.

Weekend work may be required and training is provided. The role emphasizes inventory management, customer satisfaction, and strong teamwork to support client relationships and sales growth.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C license (as per state) required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Experience in customer service preferred (1–2 years).
• Proficient with handheld computer; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels for vending machines.
• Rotate products to ensure freshness at client locations.
• Provide excellent client/customer service in all aspects of performance.
• Inform regular clients of new products or services and address complaints.
• Set up merchandise displays and promotional materials for customers.
• Receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, and cash handling as applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
