Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a Route Driver – Vending in Tallahassee to deliver products on an established route and maintain vending equipment. Drive a company vehicle, project a professional image, and foster client relationships as a key face of the company.

The role offers full-time hours, with a pay range of $25.00–$29.00 per hour and opportunities for advancement. Prior route experience and a valid driver’s license are required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license.
• Preferred experience in customer service.
• Proficient with handheld computer; training provided.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to operate or learn material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines.
• Rotate products to ensure freshness at client locations.
• Provide excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Inform clients about new products or services and address complaints.
• Set up merchandise and promotional displays; distribute sales materials.
• Handle receipts, invoices, delivery tickets, and cash.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
