Compass Group USA is seeking a Route Driver - Vending in the Tampa area to deliver products on an established route and service vending equipment. The role requires maintaining client relationships and representing the company professionally on the road.

The position offers full-time hours, with a Monday–Friday schedule. Previous route driving experience and a valid Non-CDL Class C license are required. The role may involve lifting up to 50 lbs and some independent work on route days.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license.
• Preferred 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
• Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines.
• Rotate products to ensure freshness at client locations.
• Provide excellent customer service to established customers.
• Inform clients of new products or services and address complaints.
• Set up merchandise and sales promotions as needed.
• Handle receipts, invoices, delivery tickets, and cash securely.
