Job summary

Compass Group USA, through Canteen, is hiring a full-time Route Driver for vending services in Cedar Falls, IA. You will drive a company vehicle on a fixed route, stock vending machines, and maintain customer relationships with a professional image.

No prior experience is required, but a valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs are necessary. Training will be provided; commission eligibility may apply for some roles.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license.
• Preferred 1–2 years experience in a customer service position or 1 year of related experience.
• Proficient with handheld computer; training provided.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment (box truck, handcarts, etc.).
• Able to work independently and manage route with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines.
• Rotate products to ensure freshness at client locations.
• Provide excellent client and customer service in all aspects of performance.
• Inform clients of new products or services and resolve service issues.
• Set up merchandise and promotional displays and distribute sales materials.
• Handle receipts, invoices, delivery tickets, and cash accurately.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
