Job summary

Compass Group is hiring a full-time Route Driver for the Sacramento area. The role requires delivering products on an established route, maintaining vending machine inventory, and providing excellent customer service on a daily basis.

Requires a valid driver's license, 3 years driving experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and 1-2 years in customer service preferred. Monday–Friday schedule with potential commission eligibility and competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Drives company vehicle over established route to deliver products and maintain inventory.
• Maintains proper inventory levels for vending machines.
• Loads and unloads product, ensuring proper stocking at client locations.
• Performs routine cleaning and sanitation of vending machines and related equipment.
• Maintains accurate machine product and inventory data via handheld device.
• Resolves client and customer complaints and communicates with supervisor.
