Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a full-time Route Driver for the Sacramento area to deliver products to vending machines and client locations on a scheduled route. You will manage inventory, load and unload supplies, and maintain vehicle cleanliness while providing top-tier customer service.

The role requires a valid driver's license and prior delivery driving experience. The pay rate is $27.27 per hour, and there may be eligibility for internal referrals. Monday–Friday schedule with some variation.”

Qualifications

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to scheduled machines and client locations following routes and procedures.
• Maintain inventory and properly load trucks before daily routes.
• Operate handheld computer to record inventory and locations.
• Ensure machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance or report issues as needed.
• Provide courteous service and resolve client concerns during deliveries.
