Sparkle Uniform & Linen Service in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a full-time Service Department Utility to join our close-knit team. The role supports the Service Department Managers with route deliveries, inventory tasks, account service and multiple daily duties in a fast-paced environment.

You will lift and move up to 75lbs, use handheld devices to update customer information, and maintain a professional image while delivering excellent customer service to our established client base.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-service focused environment.
• Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently and independently.
• Ability to complete all paperwork accurately and legibly each day.
• Ability to use handheld devices to update and store customer information in the field.
• Maintain a professional image and excellent customer relations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to educate customers on services offered.
• Follow established safety procedures per company policy.
• Previous industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 75 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Department Managers with route delivery support and special item deliveries.
• Assist with inventory and counting projects.
• Support new account installations and ongoing account service/maintenance.
• Load and unload vehicles and relocate vehicles as needed.
• Handle multiple daily tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
