Job summary

Canteen is hiring immediately for a full-time Route Driver - Micromarket in Modesto, CA. You will drive a company vehicle on an established route, stock micro markets, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding safety and company standards.

Must have a valid driver’s license; previous driving experience is preferred. This role offers a fixed pay rate and potential commission eligibility, with opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver’s license (unless otherwise indicated by state).

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for micro market.
• Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Inform regular clients of new products or services and resolve complaints.
• Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays.
• Accountable for all receipts, invoices, and deliveries.
• Keep company vehicle clean and organized.
