Job summary

Canteen North America is hiring a full-time Route Driver - Micromarket in Everett, WA. You will drive a company vehicle on an established route to deliver products and service micro markets, while representing the company professionally to clients.

The role offers a structured schedule (6:30 am–2:30 pm) with opportunities for advancement and a focus on customer service. Prior driving experience is preferred, with a valid Non-CDL Class C license and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment.
• Able to work independently and supervise yourself most of the day.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels and product distribution for micro markets.
• Provide client and customer satisfaction in all aspects of performance.
• Follow company policies and procedures and apply them as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of micro markets and related equipment.
• Report any equipment defects to maintenance or dispatch.
• Load truck with products for the scheduled markets each day.
• Inform clients of new products or services and resolve complaints.
• Set up displays and promotional materials for customers.
• Receive goods, process invoices, and handle cash and product reconciliation.
• Keep vehicle clean and conduct pre/post-trip inspections.
