Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring for a full-time Route Driver - Micromarket based in Denver, CO. The Micromarket route driver will deliver products, maintain equipment, and build strong client relationships on a consistent daily schedule. Training and uniforms are provided, with occasional group meals as perks.

The role requires driving experience, customer service skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A valid Non-CDL Class C license is preferred, and the position includes strong advancement

Qualifications

• 3 years driving experience required.
• 1–2 years customer service, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver’s license (state dependent).
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for micro market.
• Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.
• Performs routine cleaning and sanitation of micro market and equipment.
• Conducts minor service and adjustments on markets and reports defects.
• Load truck with products for scheduled markets at start of day.
• Inform regular clients of new products and resolve service complaints.
• Set up merchandise displays and distribute promotion materials.
• Be accountable for receipts, invoices, delivery tickets and product.
• Keep company vehicle clean and perform pre/post trip inspections.
