City Thrift is seeking a motivated, results-oriented driver for full-time, first shift duties. You will operate a large box truck, load donations, and provide exceptional service to donors while maintaining donation routes and sites.

The role requires a valid driver''s license, DOT medical clearance, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This position emphasizes safety and community service within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years of age.
• Valid state driver''s license and MVR meeting insurability requirements.
• DOT medical requirement via DOT physical.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate a large box truck.
• Provide outstanding customer service to donors and customers.
• Build safe, efficient truckloads following company standards.
• Maintain donation box sites and routes for collections and box placements.
• Assist with future development of routes and trailer sites.
• Keep donation sites and routes clean and orderly per protocols.
• Work safely loading/unloading trucks and trailers.
• Work in heat, cold, and wet conditions as needed.
