Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Experience operating a box truck preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a box truck to pick up donated items from donors.
• Load and unload items, ensuring they are securely transported.
• Maintain accurate records of donations (donor info, items, quantities).
• Provide excellent customer service and professional donor interactions.
• Follow health and safety protocols during pickups and transport.
• Communicate route plans and schedule changes to donors and team.
• Inspect vehicle and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist with sorting and processing donations upon return to the store.
