Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean MVR; PASS motor vehicle records check.
• Proven ability to operate a box truck safely and efficiently.

• Ability to work independently and adhere to a route schedule.
• Proficient in maneuvering in tight spaces and urban pickups.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate pickups and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a box truck following all traffic rules and regulations.
• Follow pickup routes efficiently to maximize donations collected.
• Communicate with donors courteously and professionally during pickups.
• Load and unload donated items safely and securely.
• Record donation details and donor information accurately.
• Keep vehicle clean, organized, and report maintenance needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and thank donors for contributions.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on procedures.
