Culligan Water is seeking a Route Driver to efficiently deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses on a fixed route. The role involves invoicing, collections, and providing exceptional customer service on every interaction.

You will follow safety protocols, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and report on-route activities. A clean driving record and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years route experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to use a mobile device or tablet.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Able to engage with customers professionally.
• Excellent communication with customers and teammates.
• Clean and professional appearance.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses on a defined route.
• Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders; collect payments and issue invoices.
• Respond to customer issues with courtesy and a service-focused approach.
• Follow all safety protocols and company regulations.
• Keep company vehicles and equipment clean and well-maintained.
• Complete end-of-route checks and provide daily recaps.
