Culligan Midwest is seeking a Route Driver to join our team. You will deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses along a defined route, process deliveries, and collect payments with a strong customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to operate a mobile device or tablet.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage routes efficiently.
• Able to engage with strangers professionally and establish rapport.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and maintaining a neat appearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses along a defined route.
• Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders and collect related payments.
• Address customer issues courteously and promptly with a service-focused approach.
• Follow all safety protocols and company regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles and equipment.
• Complete end-of-route supervisor check-ins and daily recaps.
