Culligan Water is seeking a Route Driver to join our team. This role delivers water treatment products along a designated route, processes orders, and collects payments while providing exceptional service to customers.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success on this route.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent GED.
• 1-3 years of route experience preferred, although not required.
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to use a mobile device or tablet.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized.
• Able to engage with strangers and establish professional relationships.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates.
• Clean and professional appearance.
• Able to regularly lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses in an efficient and timely manner.
• Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders, and collect related monies and issue invoices.
• Handle customer issues, complaints, and problems courteously and promptly with a customer-focused service approach.
• Follow all safety protocols and company regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles and equipment.
• End-of-route supervisor check-ins with daily recaps.
