Job summary

Culligan Water is seeking a Route Driver to join our team. The Route Driver performs deliveries along a specific route and handles invoicing and collections. Additionally, drivers are expected to deliver a high degree of service that exceeds the expectations of customers.

Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses in an efficient and timely manner, process delivery orders and collect monies, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of route experience preferred, otherwise not required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to use a mobile device/tablet.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized and capable of professional interactions.
• Excellent communication with customers and teammates; clean, professional appearance.
• Able to lift 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses on a route.
• Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders and collect payments.
• Handle customer issues courteously while maintaining a customer-focused service style.
• Follow all safety protocols and company regulations.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment cleanliness; daily route recaps.
