Job summary

Crystal Clean LLC in Hayward, CA is seeking a Route Sales & Service Representative to drive sales growth, deliver essential services, and build relationships with customers. You will operate equipment and comply with safety guidelines; prior route sales experience is a plus but not required.

The role offers weekly base pay plus bonuses, with total annual earnings around $70,000-$85,000, plus health, dental and vision insurance, wellness programs, and other benefits.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift materials weighing up to 80lbs regularly.
• Handle and maneuver drums of waste/product, sometimes exceeding 400lbs.
• Complete a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
• Diverse work settings with varying noise levels.
• Frequent physical activity including bending, lifting, and climbing.

The compensation for this role is comprised of a weekly base salary, plus bonuses and uncapped commission. Actual total earnings will vary based on performance and location and may fall outside of the range shown. Average Annual Earnings: $70,000-$85,000 plus a year and includes benefits such as the following:
