1-800-GOT-JUNK? in Charlotte, NC is seeking energetic Truck Team Members/ Customer Service Representatives. You will drive our junk trucks, load items, and deliver excellent customer service while promoting sales and on-site pricing clarity.

The role emphasizes efficiency, safety, and a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment. You'll join a team with a 4-day schedule, competitive pay with tips and bonuses, paid training, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Isuzu NPR 17-20 ft truck to customer locations.
• Lift and load items from customers' property into the truck.

• Assess and quote removal needs and explain pricing sheets.
• Support recycling and donation efforts to keep items out of landfills.
• Manage time effectively to complete daily routes.

A Typical Day:

• DRIVING: You will be responsible for driving our Isuzu NPR 17-20 ft 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Truck to customer locations
• LIFTING & LOADING: remove unwanted items from our customer's property into our truck
• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Provide the ultimate customer experience, always resulting in a smile.
• SALES & NEGOTIATION: Assess and quote customers on the removal of their unwanted items (We provide in-depth training) and pricing sheets the customer can view to easily understand our rate.
• RECYCLING & DONATION: Did you know that 1-800-GOT-JUNK? aims to be as environmentally responsible as possible, while being sure to follow local regulations. We do our best to keep items out of landfills by donating the donateables and recycling the recyclables as much as we can.
• TIME MANAGEMENT: Our business model aids in building your time-management skills, you manage your day like you are running your own business!

What you bring to the company:

• To qualify for commercial insurance underwriting, drivers must be 21+ years of age
• Valid NON-PROVISIONAL driver's license (No CDL Required!)
• Have a clean driving history clean 3-years (No points, suspensions, or violations)
• A great attitude, reliability, and goal-driven mindset
• Comfortable lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds repeatedly
