Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is expanding its team for busy seasonal periods in New Jersey. We’re hiring Truck Team Members who stay active, enjoy working with people, and take pride in a job done right.

The role involves driving a company truck to homes and businesses, explaining the service and estimates, and removing unwanted items while safely lifting 50–75+ lbs. Weekend availability and a clean driving record are important.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Ability to lift 50-75+ lbs safely and efficiently.
• Prior sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Head out with a teammate on a set route and drive a company truck.
• Walk customers through the service and provide estimates.
• Remove items such as furniture, appliances, and other unwanted items.
• Lift and carry 50-75+ lbs safely during jobs.
• Divert items for donation, recycling, or disposal.
• Communicate with operations to keep everything running smoothly.

We’re adding new team members to keep up with the busy season. 1-800-GOT-JUNK? is looking for Truck Team Members who enjoy staying busy, working with people, and taking pride in a job done right.

What You Can Expect:

• $22-26/hr average all-in (base pay + tips + bonuses)
• Full-time and part-time availability (8-12 hour shifts)
