Job summary

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring for a part-time role with a flexible schedule, offering 2-4 workdays per week and 8-12 hour shifts in New Jersey. Earn $22-$26+ per hour including base pay, profit share, and card tips, plus bonuses and perks.

You will drive, lift and load items, provide excellent customer service, quote services, and manage your day efficiently while contributing to recycling and donation efforts, with growth opportunities and team events.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Great attitude and a goal-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Drive: operate 17-20 ft Isuzu trucks to service customers
• Lift & Load: remove items from customer properties and load into the truck
• Customer Service: deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Sales & Negotiation: assess and quote junk removal with training provided
• Time Management: manage your day efficiently
• Recycle & Donate: help keep items out of landfills by recycling/donating

• Drive: You'll cruise in our sleek 17-20 ft Isuzu trucks, providing top-notch service to our customers.

What You Bring:

• 21+ years old (for commercial insurance eligibility)
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR check for the past 3 years)
