Looking to work for a company that is strong, profitable, and well-positioned in the market? As a Route Driver for Culligan, you will be an integral part of our team, working directly with our customers.

Pay: $17.00/hour or Piece Rate (earning potential $35k-$50k)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Directly interface with customers and perform routine customer service tasks including order entry and identifying opportunities for additional products and services
• Maintain routes and accounts, assist with collections, and meet delivery requirements
• Responsible for vehicle inspections, including DVIR and monthly commercial vehicle inspections
• Deliver/exchange P/E tanks, bottled water, salt, chemicals, and filters as required
• Collect and document payments, complete delivery tickets and route books legibly
• Operate carts, dollies, forklifts, lift gates, hand trucks, and hand tools
• Work overtime as needed to complete routes
• Follow all company policies and safety standards, wear safety equipment

Work Location and Requirements:

• Based in Fairborn, OH with occasional travel to other branches
• Class B License or higher
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of the local area
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Subject to DOT physical, drug screen, and background check

Physical and Essential Functions:

• Lift and carry objects over 100 pounds repeatedly
• Spend time walking, standing, sitting, climbing
• Perform body movements like bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, crouching, balancing, pushing, pulling
• Use hand movements such as twisting, turning, pulling, pushing, tapping, hitting, squeezing
• Vision requirements as per DOT standards
