Job summary

Culligan Ultrapure is hiring a Route Delivery Driver to service residential, commercial, and industrial customers with bottled water and salt. You’ll drive a company vehicle, load and deliver goods, and provide friendly, reliable service across multiple routes.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, accurate record-keeping, and a positive team culture within a dynamic, field-based environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 5-gallon bottles of water and 50-pound salt bags to customers.
• Occasionally transport equipment and parts as needed.
• Provide top-tier customer service at every stop.
• Keep track of delivery documentation (payments, tickets, repairs, etc.).
• Be the go-to person for customers' questions and needs.

What You’ll Do

As a Route Driver, you're more than just the person behind the wheel. You’re the friendly face our customers rely on. Driving one of our company vehicles (around 26' long), you’ll:

• Deliver 5-gallon bottles of premium Culligan water and 50-pound salt bags to loyal customers
• Occasionally transport equipment and parts
• Provide top-tier customer service at every stop
• Keep track of delivery documentation (payments, tickets, repairs, etc.)
• Be the go-to person for our customers' questions and needs
