Job summary

Culligan Ultrapure in Indianapolis is hiring a Route Delivery Driver to join our team and operate a 26' company vehicle, delivering water and salt to customers.

You will deliver 5-gallon bottles and 40-pound salt bags, provide friendly customer service at every stop, and keep delivery paperwork up to date. This role offers active daily work with a people-first culture and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Ability to lift 40 lbs throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 5-gallon bottles of Culligan water and 40-pound salt bags to customers.
• Occasionally transport equipment and parts.
• Provide top-tier customer service at every stop.
• Keep track of delivery documentation (payments, tickets, repairs, etc.).
• Be the go-to person for customers' questions and needs.

What You'll Do

As a Route Driver, youre more than just the person behind the wheel. You're the friendly face our customers rely on. Driving one of our company vehicles (around 26' long), youll:

• Deliver 5-gallon bottles of premium Culligan water and 40-pound salt bags to loyal customers
• Occasionally transport equipment and parts
• Provide top-tier customer service at every stop
• Keep track of delivery documentation (payments, tickets, repairs, etc.)
• Be the go-to person for our customers' questions and needs
