Job summary

Culligan Ultrapure is seeking a Route Delivery Driver to join our team. You will drive a company vehicle and deliver water bottles and salt bags to residential, commercial, and industrial customers, while maintaining strong customer relationships.

We value a friendly, reliable team member who can handle documentation, stay organized, and assist customers with questions. This role requires physical effort and a positive, service-oriented attitude in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver 5-gallon bottles of Culligan water and 40-pound salt bags to customers.
• Occasionally transport equipment and parts.
• Provide top-tier customer service at every stop.
• Keep track of delivery documentation (payments, tickets, repairs, etc.).
• Be the go-to person for customer questions and needs.

What You’ll Do

As a Route Driver, you're more than just the person behind the wheel. You’re the friendly face our customers rely on. Driving one of our company vehicles (around 26' long), you’ll:

• Deliver 5-gallon bottles of premium Culligan water and 40-pound salt bags to loyal customers
• Occasionally transport equipment and parts
• Provide top-tier customer service at every stop
• Keep track of delivery documentation (payments, tickets, repairs, etc.)
• Be the go-to person for our customers' questions and needs
