Job summary

Culligan of Red Wing is seeking a dependable Route Driver to own and manage a daily delivery route of water treatment products to homes and businesses. You will build relationships, ensure on-time deliveries, and maintain vehicle and records with a focus on safety and customer service.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring a valid license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a proactive, professional approach. Training and career growth opportunities are available within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Route delivery experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Clean and professional appearance.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses safely and efficiently
• Load, organize, and manage the products needed for your daily route

Daily Expectations

• Participate in a quick morning route meeting
• Inspect, load, and organize your delivery vehicle
• Complete scheduled deliveries accurately and on time
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates
• Maintain accurate delivery and payment records
• Help keep the warehouse and loading areas clean and organized
• Complete a short end-of-route review with your supervisor
