As a Parts Dispatcher, you will dispatch trucks, set routes with drivers, prepare vendor paperwork, and coordinate with sales, warehouse, and delivery staff to ensure timely delivery and accurate returns. A high school diploma/GED is required, with 0+ years of experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatch trucks and all orders to be processed.
• Ensure parts and services are delivered in a timely manner.
• Set routes with drivers.
• Set up paperwork for incoming vendors.
• Communicate with sales, warehouse, and delivery staff on delivery and routing issues.
• May have to handle UPS orders and customer pickups.
• Ensure that all vendors’ parts are correctly processed per company policy.
• Ensure that all returns to vendors are done correctly following company policy.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
